Reporting to the Director, Brand & Marketing, this specialist develops content strategy and user journeys across Science World channels. The work spans website updates, campaigns, advertising, retail, and in-building experiences. Success depends on persuasive writing, technical awareness, and collaboration with marketers, creatives, educators, fundraisers, agencies, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit copy across digital and physical touchpoints
- Develop campaign copy with the Marketing Program & Project Manager
- Maintain consistent tone, style, and brand messaging
- Optimize website content for search, engagement, and conversion
- Lead retail copy and narrative customer journeys
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum five years' recent related content or marketing communications experience
- Campaign, SEO, SEM, and performance-oriented copywriting experience
- Experience with WordPress, Pardot, and social media
- Knowledge of content UX and WCAG accessibility standards
