As an Evening Custodian, you will play a key role in the cleanliness and security of our District Buildings. Your responsibilities will include routine cleaning tasks, building inspections, and direct collaboration with school personnel. Candidates need a Building Maintenance Certificate or six months' relevant custodial experience, and a readiness to operate cleaning machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mop and wax floors, keeping them safe and clean
- Sanitizing washrooms and replenishing supplies
- Lock designated areas and conduct security checks
- Manage waste and ensure cleanliness in classrooms
- Provide support to custodial activities during holidays
Requirements:
- Building Maintenance Certificate or six months of experience in cleaning
- Ability to operate heavy custodial tools
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
