- Manage district elevator maintenance, repair, and field resources
- Coordinate safety evaluations, training, inspections, and corrective actions

- Monitor MTBC and support technical field requests
- Manage escalations, customer relationships, and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Post-secondary business or engineering education preferred
- Five to eight years elevator industry experience
- Three to five years supervisory or management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Project
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
