As Manager, Master Planning and Logistics, you will oversee internal and external supply chain functions. Your scope includes order fulfillment, warehouse operations, production planning, demand validation, working capital, and OEM customer service. You will also lead operating-system development for the MP&L Department. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee order fulfillment and supply chain flexibility Coordinate warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material delivery issues Review demand forecasts monthly with Sales and Customer Service Develop production plans and monitor working capital budgets Lead Lean value-stream optimization and continuous improvement Requirements:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in supply chain, engineering, or business Five-plus years planning and logistics experience Five-plus years leading functional teams CPIM certification or certification within six months ERP, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Office proficiency Apply supply chain leadership, demand planning, logistics, and continuous improvement expertise as Schaeffler’s MP&L Manager.
