Supply Chain Governance Manager

Supply chain governance and compliance lead this Manager role at SB Energy, with assignments across listed United States locations and project sites. Build controls for large-scale AI data center infrastructure programs. As Manager of Supply Chain Governance & Assurance, you will establish end-to-end processes, standard operating procedures, policies, and risk-management mechanisms. The position supports compliance, audit readiness, supplier assurance, and continuous improvement across the Data Center Supply Chain team. You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce supply chain policies, procedures, controls, and ownership models Maintain governance documentation, supplier records, KPI definitions, scorecards, and reporting Lead business reviews and track supplier corrective actions through closure Coordinate supplier onboarding, due diligence, assessments, and assurance programs Identify process risks and implement mitigation and improvement actions Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, finance, or related field Six or more years in supply chain, governance, operations, finance, or process improvement Experience in data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, or large-scale construction strongly preferred Knowledge of sourcing, procurement, stakeholder management, and governance programs Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Apply supply chain governance, supplier assurance, and compliance expertise to SB Energy’s growing data center infrastructure portfolio.
