Lead estimating and preconstruction activities across project sectors Prepare estimates, quantity take-offs, pricing, and tender submissions Source opportunities through public tenders and negotiated work Develop relationships with British Columbia construction stakeholders Mentor estimators and improve estimating procedures Requirements:
Minimum 15 years estimating with established general contractors Experience across commercial and institutional construction projects Proven experience with five project delivery approaches Established British Columbia network of industry contacts Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Bring senior estimating leadership, opportunity sourcing, and construction market relationships to SAWW Developments across British Columbia.
