This Supervisor position combines people leadership with store execution at Pattison Food Group's Save-On-Foods division. You will foster Always Customer First service while supporting departments, team initiatives, staffing considerations, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster positive teamwork through coaching and mentorship

- Support front end operations and departments as needed

Requirements:
- Two to four years of retail experience
- Food Safe Certification
- Knowledge of sales targets and profitability
- Knowledge of budgeting and merchandising plans
- Human resources and scheduling knowledge are assets
