This hands-on leader works regularly at rig sites and field offices, guiding Field Superintendents, Coordinators, Field Supervisors, clients, and crews.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations, safety performance, rig utilization, and profitability
- Develop Field Superintendents, Coordinators, and Field Supervisors
- Ensure worksites have appropriate people, equipment, and materials
- Maintain fleet standards and NSC compliance
- Review P&L, manage budgets, and submit AFEs
Requirements
- 10–15 years of well servicing or oilfield experience
- Field Superintendent experience in well servicing operations
- Regional, Area, or comparable multi-site management experience
- Strong safety record, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license, clean abstract, and travel willingness
