Reporting to the Asset Management Supervisor, this position manages GIS work across municipal departments.
You will maintain spatial data, create maps, build applications, and support asset planning.
The work requires database management, Microsoft Office proficiency, and accurate communication with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Cityworks, Digsmart, IRIS, and related GIS software
- Maintain and update ESRI products, including Arc GIS Pro
- Manage municipal asset inventories and spatial information
- Create maps, applications, models, and workflow scripts
- Analyze data and provide requested departmental results
Requirements
- Minimum one year of work-related experience
- Expertise with ESRI GIS software, specifically Arc GIS Pro
- Knowledge of spatial database management
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
