Reporting to the Supervisor, Measurements & Volumetrics, the Production Administrator supports geographic-area production and optimization strategies.
Work is based in Carlyle, Stoughton, Drayton Valley, or Calgary, coordinating data across operations, facilities, accounting, and development.
Prod View, Power BI, and measurement regulations matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Prod View field data capture system
- Resolve technical queries, errors, troubleshooting, and data retrieval needs
- Provide weekly and monthly production reports to Operations
- Reconcile truck tickets, gas charts, LACT, SCADA, and well tests
- Support month-end production data capture for Production Accounting
Requirements
- Five or more years of petroleum industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and project prioritization abilities
- Sound knowledge of Directive 017/PNG 017 measurement regulations
- Ability to make occasional trips to the field
