The Operations Technician reads maps and drawings, inspects contractor work, coordinates resources, and maintains accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect contractor and excavator work for compliance
- Read facility maps and drawings for assignments
- Install gas lines and lay pipe
- Prepare service and main extension applications
- Perform leak detection on gas lines
Requirements:
- Three years' experience installing and maintaining gas facilities
- Journeyperson Plumbing Certificate
- General or domestic gas fitter's license
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
