Lead Elmwood Golf Club’s operations with budgeting and team leadership while supporting members, guests, and community relationships across Saskatchewan. As Director of Operations, you will report to the Board of Directors and coordinate the Office Manager, Pro Shop Manager, Manager of Food & Beverage, and Golf Course Superintendent. You will guide day-to-day operations, financial oversight, business development, marketing, and staff development. The purpose is to support financial sustainability, continuous improvement, and an outstanding club experience. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate management teams and efficient club operations Oversee safe, welcoming, well-maintained facilities Develop budgets and monitor financial performance Grow revenue through events, sponsorships, and partnerships Strengthen member, guest, and community relationships Requirements:
Management or business operations experience Budgeting, financial oversight, and cost management experience Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to motivate staff and collaborate with directors Marketing, social media, and event coordination familiarity Bring operational leadership, financial judgment, and service focus to Elmwood Golf Club’s continued growth and success.
