You will listen to feedback, resolve concerns, process payments, and assist with general ticket inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships through fan feedback and service conversations
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Communicate through phone, email, text, and in-person channels
- Assist single-game purchases and special promotions
- Create, send, and save MVP Contracts
