Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care for clients, patients, and residents
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Encourage clients' optimum level of functioning
- Support physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs
- Travel as required for home care hours
Requirements:
- Continuing Care Assistant certificate
- Basic computer skills
- Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Food Safe certificate and valid driver's license where required
