The position applies patient and staff safety legislation, regulations, and practices while implementing the SHA Management System. It supports quality improvement methodologies, client concern handling, and consistent deployment of the SHA Quality & Safety Plan.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Experience leading teams and managing projects
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Saskatchewan healthcare, legislation, and standards
- Bring leadership, collaboration, and quality and safety expertise to the Saskatchewan Health Authority’s Prince Albert-based consulting team.
