Working under the Primary Health Care Manager, you will provide clinical practice, consultation, education, leadership, research, and quality improvement. The schedule includes days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
- Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner specialization required
- Three years full-time Registered Nurse experience required

- Valid Class 5 driver's license and BCLS certificate
