The Recreation Coordinator develops, plans, organizes, validates, and delivers programs for clients, patients, and residents. Programs enhance mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural care. The position is full-time regular within the Recreation department and includes required travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop programs supporting holistic client, patient, and resident care
- Plan recreation programs across identified care dimensions
- Organize and validate program delivery
- Deliver programs for clients, patients, and residents
- Address mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural needs
Requirements:
- Therapeutic Recreation diploma
- Communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license where required
