As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide strategic HR support within the Northern service area. The position connects operational leaders with services covering employee wellness, accommodation, performance, employment, and labour relations. It also supports strategy formulation and implementation while partnering with leaders to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for operational HR services
- Support employee wellness and accommodation needs
- Provide performance and labour relations services
- Contribute HR expertise to strategy formulation and implementation

Requirements:
- Three to five years of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of Saskatchewan health care systems and legislation
- Experience in Health Care Management
- Bachelor of Commerce or related education and experience
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills
