This full-time, permanent Parts Technician role supports SGI Salvage sales operations and claims-related pricing. You will use automotive parts knowledge, interchangeability expertise, and estimating tools while maintaining customer and vendor relationships. The position also supports inventory, shipping, payments, inspections, and vehicle valuations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell vehicle parts, whole vehicles, and property
- Verify interchangeability, create invoices, and track warranties
- Research salvage values and determine market pricing
- Process payments, receipts, returns, credits, and billing
- Maintain bids and customer information on SGI Salvage Website
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or GED
- Three I-CAR courses
- Valid driver's license
- One to three years' related industry experience
