IT Infrastructure Operations Manager in Regina

Lead SGI’s IT infrastructure operations in Regina, managing networks, databases, cloud services, backups, recovery, disaster recovery, and monitoring systems in-office. This permanent, full-time manager plans, organizes, and oversees staff and infrastructure operations. The position coordinates computer infrastructure, network, database, cloud, backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and monitoring capabilities. It also supports vendor management, incident response, service metrics, and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities:

Manage infrastructure operations and team performance Maintain tactical roadmaps and infrastructure documentation Oversee incident response, metrics, procedures, and runbooks Coordinate vendor contracts, delivery, scope, quality, cost, and timing Manage budgets, risk, policies, and internal controls Requirements:

Four-year relevant degree in Information Technology, Business, or Mathematics Eight years’ experience, including four years’ leadership Four years in production 24/7 high-availability multi-site enterprise environments Knowledge of systems architecture, vendor management, and resource planning Knowledge of program management and IT service delivery Apply infrastructure leadership, operational expertise, vendor management, and strategic planning to SGI’s enterprise technology environment.
