Lead SASCU’s branch team in Salmon Arm, applying sales leadership and member service expertise to create positive, efficient experiences. As Branch Manager, you will direct branch operations, support membership growth, and manage a personal member portfolio. You will also develop strategies for community impact, member loyalty, and employee engagement. This full-time position requires operational planning, relationship building, and financial industry leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Lead teams toward sales and activity targets Implement SASCU sales strategies and service standards Build internal partnerships and strengthen community presence Develop operational plans, budgets, and staffing strategies Monitor performance, compliance, scheduling, and service delivery Requirements:
Business Administration degree or diploma Six to seven years financial industry experience At least two years of leadership experience Mutual funds registration or licensing within three months Consumer lending, investments, and relationship-building experience Bring branch leadership, sales focus, and member relationship expertise to SASCU’s Salmon Arm team at Lakeshore Drive.
