In this role, you will lead the PSW team to ensure high-quality care for residents. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including Nurse Practitioners and Physiotherapists, you will assess residents and manage care plans. Daily tasks will include taking glucose readings, distributing medication, and speaking with families about their loved ones' care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PSW team to provide resident care

Requirements:
- Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
- Vulnerable Sector Screening check within 6 months
