Support network quality, safety, and service excellence across communities. This permanent, full-time supervisor leads Installation & Repair Technicians and Specialists across fibre, wireless coax, copper, and CLEC networks. The work combines hands-on technical support, coaching, process improvement, and customer assistance. You will help develop training, monitor performance, and support implementation practices. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily Installation & Repair team functioning Support fibre, coax, copper, and CLEC network work Coach team members and conduct performance reviews Develop training programs, agendas, and team meetings Supervise cabling, inspections, repairs, and service testing Requirements:
Experience working in a fibre plant Minimum three years’ industry experience Valid G license with clean driving record Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities Ability to climb, lift, carry, and work outdoors Apply your fibre plant experience, leadership, and technical knowledge while supervising Execulink Telecom installation and repair services.
