This role provides independent technical oversight of plant control philosophies to ensure stable, resilient operation under steady-state, transient, and islanded conditions.
The candidate will review dynamic studies, control narratives, and protection philosophies, and validate GT controls with BESS EMS/SCADA interfaces.
