Drive Saputo’s pricing architecture and commercial strategy across Canada and the United States using fact-based decisions and customer insight. This Senior Director leads market-based pricing, price reviews, scenario modeling, customer negotiations, trade investment, and promotion effectiveness. You will connect commodity movements, inflation, supply chain costs, customer value, and competitive dynamics to profitable actions. Cross-functional partnerships span Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Category and Product Management. Key Responsibilities:
Lead market-based pricing strategies and approved price-change execution Develop price corridors, floors, exception protocols, and pricing policies Partner with Sales on complex negotiations and customer conversations Evaluate promotions using volume, revenue, margin, and return measures Redirect non-productive trade spending toward higher-return opportunities Requirements:
Deep experience in pricing, trade investment, and promotion analytics Working knowledge of commodity- and cost-driven pricing dynamics Experience translating complex data into executable commercial recommendations Experience with ERP and commercial analytics environments Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization Apply pricing strategy, promotion analytics, and customer negotiation expertise to Saputo’s North American commercial agenda.
