In this role, you will report to the Maintenance Manager, focusing on maintaining mechanical, electrical, and packaging technologies that are essential to product quality. You will ensure the facility operates 24/7 and will play a pivotal role in coaching your team to achieve high performance while complying with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach maintenance personnel to foster team collaboration
- Keep abreast of sanitation and refrigeration technologies
- Develop annual maintenance proposals and budgets with management
- Maintain a clean and safe maintenance work environment
- Facilitate training for maintenance personnel as necessary
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related field required
- At least 5 years in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of MP2 software and Preventive Maintenance
- Experience in inventory management and cost control
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
