As a Licensed Electrician at Saputo, you will perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities while ensuring optimal operation of all electrical systems. This role requires a solid background in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, ideally in a food processing or manufacturing environment, with adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices. You will operate independently, demonstrating strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair motors, generators, and hydraulic systems
- Troubleshoot electrical control systems and related devices
- Install and repair electrical wiring and components
- Interpret blueprints and specifications for installations
- Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Certified Industrial Electrician
- Experience in food processing or manufacturing preferred
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Capable of medium to heavy lifting
