With at least three years of experience in manufacturing and proven leadership in CI methodologies, you'll facilitate internal audits and strategic improvements. Collaborating with various departments, you will monitor capacity, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure effective training across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the site owner for IoTORQ and OEE
- Monitor and optimize plant capacity utilization
- Develop a master plan with the Plant Manager
- Lead small to medium Lean Six Sigma projects
- Analyze daily production performance data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing operations
- Green Belt certification preferred
- Strong understanding of CI tools and training
- Effective communication and leadership skills
