You will coordinate Return Authorizations, warehouse resolutions, carrier communications, scheduling, BOL creation, and claims processing. The role supports accurate documentation, KPI publication, pricing updates, and process adherence across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act on outstanding returns and maintain reverse logistics workflows
- Coordinate warehouse return resolutions and carrier communication
- Ensure scheduling and BOL creation in TMS
- Publish essential KPIs and complete ad-hoc reporting
- Maintain EDI orders and assist with pricing updates
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Minimum one to three years in related logistics
- Working knowledge of Canadian last-mile delivery networks
- High proficiency in SAP/ERP SD and MM modules
- Experience retrieving, manipulating, and analyzing data
