Lead performance across digital properties, Samsung.com, and Brand Stores. As Director, Direct-to-Consumer Commercial Sales, you will guide category management, promotional cadence, and channel strategy across Mobile and Consumer Electronics. You will direct sales, margin, forecasting, inventory, and promotional planning to meet category targets. The role supports product launches, Samsung-owned events, seasonal campaigns, and growth across Samsung.com, Shop Samsung app, B2B, and Samsung Stores. You will collaborate with demand planning, platform, divisional, logistics, and external operational partners. Key Responsibilities:
Lead direct-to-consumer category P&Ls across omnichannel platforms Oversee sales forecasting, promotions, inventory, and commercial planning Develop strategies for market share and direct-to-consumer sales growth Accelerate B2B, SMB, Marketplace, and external partner channels Build high-performing digital teams and cross-functional relationships Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 15+ years of directly related sales, retail, and omnichannel experience 5+ years in customer data analytics and demand generation 5+ years developing e-commerce campaigns and profitability strategies Experience leading e-commerce, retail, or consumer electronics sales Lead Samsung Canada’s omnichannel commercial growth through strategic sales leadership, customer analytics, and disciplined category execution.
