The Director, DtC Commercial Sales oversees sales and margin performance across Samsung.com, the Shop Samsung app, B2B, and Samsung Stores. This senior leader directs category management, promotional cadence, channel strategy, and portfolio growth across Mobile and Consumer Electronics. The position collaborates with demand planning, platform, divisional, logistics, and external operational partners to deliver revenue, margins, P&L, inventory, and forecast accuracy KPIs.
