Oversee all Montreal station ground handling activities Maintain safe, secure, reliable operational service Establish staffing, resources, and contingency priorities Monitor KPIs and implement corrective measures Lead managers, supervisors, and frontline employees Requirements:
Seven to ten years operations management experience Experience managing large 24/7 operational teams University degree in operations, business, aviation, or related field Full professional fluency in English and French Experience with safety, security, and compliance programs Bring airport operations leadership, safety oversight, and performance management expertise to Samsic Assistance Canada’s Montreal Station.
