This Apprentice Plumber or Pipefitter opening suits registered second to fourth year apprentices. You will work on Saltworks production projects with supervision and training from the Senior Mechanical Production Lead. The work includes construction drawings, P&IDs, mechanical mounting, and component alignment. It supports systems serving semiconductor, mining, automotive, and industrial processing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production of modular water treatment systems
- Perform plumbing and pipefitting using CPVC and PVC
- Read construction drawings and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams
- Mount mechanical components such as pumps precisely
- Maintain a clean, organized production workspace
Requirements:
- Registered second to fourth year Plumbing or Pipefitting Apprentice
- Experience with CPVC and PVC piping
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Excellent housekeeping and safe work practices
- Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills
