Dining Room Attendant — Meadowbrook Seniors Residence
Salt Spring Island | Permanent position | Approximately 24 hours per week
Meadowbrook Seniors Residence in Ganges is seeking a reliable, caring and enthusiastic Dining Room Attendant to join our friendly team.
Hours: Tuesday, Friday and Saturday approximately 3:00–9:30 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing the dining room for dinner service.
- Serving meals to approximately 40–50 residents and guests.
- Creating a welcoming dining experience that respects residents' dignity and comfort.
- Clearing tables and cleaning the dining room after meals.
- Assisting with dishwashing and kitchen tasks as needed.
We are looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys teamwork and takes pride in providing attentive service. Previous dining or customer service experience and food safety certification are assets.
Pay and benefits: $26.26 per hour, with a Pacific Blue Cross benefits package following a three-month probationary period.
