  • Tie stakeholder feedback back to operational enhancements that improve launch success rates and the product lifecycle experience.
  • Lead key operational workstreams for newly acquired product launches to ensure rapid go-to-market readiness.
  • Support the migration of customer contracts, SKUs, and pricing structures during integration and sunsetting efforts.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional launch initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful General Availability deployments.
  • Ensure end-to-end operational readiness across quoting, packaging, discounting, provisioning, activation, service delivery, invoicing, and sales readiness.
  • Configure, stage, deploy, and maintain product configuration data, price books, and SKUs in Salesforce.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot release blockers or production incidents in complex CRM and quote-to-cash environments.

You’re Our Person If...

  • You have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • You can think independently and evaluate broad downstream impacts across multi-functional organizations.
  • You're proactive, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.

Even Better If...
