The Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights leads an analytics delivery team and owns its business partnership. This hands-on leadership role transforms reactive reporting into proactive, decision-focused analytics. You will manage people, priorities, delivery, escalations, intake, and an analytics opportunity pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships and define business problems before solutions
- Manage intake, triage, prioritization, and request communication
- Lead analytics delivery, timelines, commitments, and escalations
- Develop portfolio governance, glossaries, dictionaries, and specifications
- Review dashboards, SQL, models, methodology, and analytical deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field
- Eight to ten years of experience
- Healthcare experience and analytics delivery leadership
- Advanced SQL, Python or R, and enterprise BI proficiency
- Analytics or platform-based analytics certification, such as CORS or MCSE
