Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in Acute Rehab and Med Surg Units
- Coordinate total nursing care for assigned patients
- Participate in patient and family education

Requirements:
- 2 years as a Registered Nurse required
- Recent 2 years in Med Surg and Rehab nursing
- ASN or equivalent degree required
- Valid RN license for Vermont
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
