Lead aerospace production operations at Safran Landing Systems in Mirabel, applying leadership and planning expertise across finishing manufacturing activities. As Production Manager, you oversee the finishing department’s value chain, including sandblasting, plating, painting, and finishing grinding. You coordinate with Planning, quality, HSE, maintenance, and HR resources to meet delivery, efficiency, quality, and safety objectives. This role supervises methods agents and manufacturing employees. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and adjust production plans with Planning Optimize resources and workforce efficiency Develop employee versatility within the sector Coordinate operational problem resolution and corrective actions Ensure production, quality, delivery, and HSE performance Requirements:
Relevant university degree or equivalent experience Approximately 10 years of relevant similar experience Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment Leadership and managerial courage French and English communication skills Apply production planning, people leadership, and operational decision-making within Safran’s aircraft landing gear manufacturing operations in Mirabel.
