- Conduct biannual medication reviews in facility committees
- Educate nursing staff on essential medication topics
- Prioritize safety and efficiency in pharmacy workflows
- Prepare quarterly reports and conduct audits on medication practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Current Pharmacist license in good standing
- Certification in Injection and First Aid is mandatory
- Previous experience with Kroll software is an asset
- Additional certifications like Certified Geriatric Pharmacist preferred
