You will support patient-centered care, execute pharmacy programs, and maintain product availability. Key Responsibilities:
- Coach staff and reinforce customer service standards daily
- Execute pharmacy programs and product launches
- Support patient-centered care through professional scope of practice
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance processes
- Implement regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Licensed pharmacist in good standing within the responsible province
- Injection and First Aid certification
- Minimum two years as a licensed pharmacist
- Kroll software experience preferred
