Help hotels succeed with Sadie’s voice AI platform through implementation, account management, and thoughtful customer feedback analysis. This Customer Success Manager role combines hands-on software implementation with long-term relationships across hotel partners. You will set expectations, coordinate integrations, train non-technical staff, and remain the main contact after go-live. You will also identify patterns in hotel feedback, support product priorities, and help accounts use features that matter. Key Responsibilities:
Set clear expectations during hotel onboarding kick-offs Coordinate integration work and communicate progress to hotels Build relationships with hotel operators and managers Identify adoption issues and contact hotels proactively Support expansion, referrals, and relevant integration opportunities Requirements:
At least two years in customer success, account management, or hospitality technology Experience working at or managing a hotel Empathy for hotel operators under operational pressure Strong communication when training staff or explaining delays Ability to manage competing priorities independently Apply hospitality knowledge, implementation discipline, and customer insight to improve adoption and outcomes for Sadie hotel partners.
