You will oversee supplier relationships, coordinate with various teams, and mitigate risks throughout the procurement process. Key Responsibilities:
- Review project BOMs and prepare RFQs for suppliers
- Source and procure materials, issuing purchase orders
- Monitor lead times and expedite orders for on-schedule delivery
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues effectively
- Maintain accurate procurement records and contribute to reporting
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and details
- Experience in electrical manufacturing preferred
