Lead Saab Canada’s corporate security program in Ottawa, with responsibility for personnel, physical, information, and industrial security across hybrid operations. As Corporate Security Officer, you will serve as Saab Canada’s principal security authority and trusted advisor to Canadian leadership. You will report to the President and collaborate with leaders in Canada, Sweden, and Saab’s global security organization. Your work will integrate security into strategic planning, growth, and operations. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Saab Canada’s designated Company Security Officer Lead the security organization and management system Maintain Industrial Security Program and Controlled Goods compliance Manage clearances, screening, access authorizations, and secure facilities Lead risk assessments, investigations, audits, and crisis programs Requirements:
Relevant university degree or equivalent experience Significant security leadership experience in regulated sectors Experience as Company Security Officer or comparable leader Knowledge of Canadian security, Controlled Goods, ITAR, and EAR requirements Eligibility for required Canadian Government security clearances Apply security leadership, risk management, and regulatory expertise to protect Saab Canada’s people, information, facilities, and operations.
