The position offers broad exposure across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Enterprise stakeholders while driving large-scale transformation delivery.
2-3 days onsite/ week
Must Haves
- 10+ years in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Project Management, or Transformation Delivery
- Enterprise transformation delivery within financial services, banking, fintech, insurance, or regulated industries
- Management of cross-functional stakeholders, risks and dependencies, program governance, executive communications, and change management activities
- Operational transformation and process improvement initiatives across business and technology teams
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Digital Banking or Financial Services organizations
- Background within Operations, Strategy, Transformation Office, PMO, or Enterprise Delivery functions
- Knowledge of process optimization methodologies and operational excellence practices
- Experience working with regulatory, compliance, risk, or audit-related initiatives
- PMP, PMI-ACP, MBA, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery planning and execution for strategic operational initiatives
- Develop integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate activities across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across multiple programs
- Support operational transformation and process improvement initiativesFacilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and decision forums
