Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (10+ years) to lead operational transformation and enterprise delivery initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Join a digital banking environment delivering strategic operational transformation initiatives across business and technology functions. This role leads complex enterprise programs focused on operational effectiveness, process improvement, scalability, and customer experience across regulated environments. The position offers broad exposure across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Enterprise stakeholders while driving large-scale transformation delivery. 2-3 days onsite/week.
Must Haves:
- 10+ years in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Project Management, or Transformation Delivery
- Enterprise transformation delivery within financial services, banking, fintech, insurance, or regulated industries
- Management of cross-functional stakeholders, risks and dependencies, program governance, executive communications, and change management activities
- Operational transformation and process improvement initiatives across business and technology teams
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting Digital Banking or Financial Services organizations
- Background within Operations, Strategy, Transformation Office, PMO, or Enterprise Delivery functions
- Knowledge of process optimization methodologies and operational excellence practices
- Experience working with regulatory, compliance, risk, or audit-related initiatives
- PMP, PMI-ACP, MBA, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery planning and execution for strategic operational initiatives
- Develop integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate activities across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across multiple programs
- Support operational transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and decision forums
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans
