Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer (5+ years) to lead Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise migration initiatives using CI/CD and Azure cloud deployment
Join a Global Asset Management technology team focused on modernization and operational improvement initiatives across enterprise DevOps environments. This role supports Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise engineering, including ADO to GHE migration activities, CI/CD pipeline standardization, infrastructure automation, and Azure solution deployments for web applications and data workloads. The position offers the opportunity to influence technology decisions and contribute to cloud platform delivery across enterprise environments.
Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, E very Thursday and 1 Friday of the month
Must Haves
- 5+ years supporting Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise environments
- Hands-on delivery of CI/CD pipelines, source control strategies, and deployment workflows
- Experience leading ADO to GHE migration initiatives including repositories, pipelines, and permissions
- Hands-on use of ARM templates, PowerShell, Azure CLI, or GitHub CLI for infrastructure automation
- Post-secondary education in a related field

Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps engineering activities across Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise environments
- Support migration initiatives from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise
- Deploy Azure solutions supporting web applications, APIs, and data workloads
- Design and support CI/CD pipelines and reusable deployment workflows
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and release processes
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational observability capabilities
- Support cloud security, networking, deployment governance, and operational readiness activities
