Senior Agile Delivery Lead to lead Salesforce CRM implementation and Agile delivery for a national beverage distributor
Our client is a large national beverage distributor undergoing a multi-year technology transformation and is looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Lead to support the delivery of a major Salesforce CRM program.
This is a hands‑on delivery role that blends Agile leadership, Scrum facilitation, and traditional project management.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to drive execution across multiple parallel workstreams.
The initial focus will be a Variable Pay initiative supporting the organization’s sales teams, with additional CRM and technology workstreams expected as the program progresses.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across one or more Salesforce CRM workstreams
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery timelines
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure user stories are clearly defined and sprint‑ready
- Coordinate dependencies across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting cadences, and project status updates
- Develop and track Agile delivery metrics including velocity, cycle time, blockers, and overall delivery health
- Identify and elevate risks, capacity constraints, and issues impacting delivery
- Coach teams on Agile ways of working and drive continuous improvement
- Support leadership communication and provide clear visibility into project progress, risks, and upcoming priorities
- Must‑Have Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an
- Agile Delivery Lead , Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
- Strong hands‑on project management experience delivering complex technology initiatives
Experience leading multiple software releases through an Agile SDLC
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, with exposure to Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks
- Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, milestones, and cross‑functional delivery
- Experience working with external vendors and third‑party technology partners
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance Agile team leadership with broader project management responsibilities
- Experience working in technical environments involving integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications
- Nice to Have
- Experience with Mule Soft or enterprise integration initiatives
- Experience supporting compensation, Variable Pay, Finance, HR, or sales‑related technology programs
- CPG, beverage, distribution, or consumer goods industry experience
- Experience with Eazy BI
- Understanding of Dev Ops, CI/CD, test automation, and cloud deployment practices
- SAP experience
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, CSP-SM, A‑CSM, or similar certification
- Exposure to AI‑enabled application delivery
