Our financial services client is seeking a Access Governance Coordinator (1–3 years) to coordinate access certification and attestation campaigns using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Excel
Join an identity and access governance team within a major financial institution delivering enterprise-wide access certification and attestation programs. This role supports BAU certification and entitlement reviews, including campaign planning, stakeholder communications, data validation, and issue resolution across IAM-supported platforms. Gain exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ, ServiceNow, Active Directory, CyberArk, and Excel while collaborating with operations, service owners, technology, risk, audit, and control stakeholders. This is a 6-month contract with possible extension based on performance and funding.

Must Haves
- Hands-on support for access certification, entitlement review, and attestation campaigns, including launches, review tracking, stakeholder follow-up, and issue resolution
- Practical experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or a comparable identity governance platform performing similar activities
- Data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP
- Access governance processes, including least privilege, role-based access, joiner/mover/leaver, and access changes from attestations
- 1–3 years of hands-on business experience in IAM or access governance
Nice to Have
- Access governance in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments
- ServiceNow for workflow, request, issue, or remediation tracking
- CyberArk or privileged access governance
- Access-control audits, compliance reviews, control evidence, or remediation tracking
- Automation or scripting (e.g., VBS) to improve governance processes or reporting
Responsibilities
- Coordinate access certification campaigns, entitlement reviews, and attestation activities across IAM-supported platforms
- Support campaign planning, scheduling, scoping, stakeholder communications, data validation, and issue resolution
- Extract, validate, reconcile, and analyze access-related data
- Monitor campaign progress and track outstanding access reviews
- Follow up with certifiers and stakeholders to support timely campaign completion
- Escalate overdue reviews, non-compliance, control concerns, and high-risk access issues through established governance channels
- Prepare and maintain governance reports, trackers, evidence, and control documentation
