Sous la responsabilité du Directeur général, le candidat aura pour responsabilités :
- Gérer et établir le budget des ventes et des opérations dans son champ d’expertise;
- Développer le marché du secteur minier en restant constamment en contact avec les firmes d’ingénierie et les minières;
- Planifier, superviser et coordonner le travail des représentants techniques ainsi que l'équipe d'estimation;
- Gérer le plan de marketing et publicités pour les marchés visés;
- Établir des méthodes de travail et un système de suivi permettant d’atteindre l’objectif des ventes;
- Faire le développement des affaires de l’entreprise en sécurisant la clientèle actuelle et en développant de nouveaux clients et/ou marchés;
- Participer au comité de direction;
- Participer aux congrès commerciaux.
