You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Supervisor to coordinate daily tasks, ensuring adherence to safety practices while maintaining operational efficiency in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily tasks for assigned warehouse staff
- Train and mentor new hires in order filling and stock control
- Monitor compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Plan efficient routes for drivers and trucks
- Create load plans in SAP and update receiving processes
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in warehouse settings
- Supervisory experience is an asset
- Certified in forklift, crane operations, and First Aid/CPR preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP experience is beneficial
